Active Partner Program Enrollment Status
- You meet all eligibility requirements and have successfully enrolled into the Partner Program
- You have completed your payout settings
- Learn more about connecting your Stripe account
- Learn more about completing your taxpayer information
Inactive Partner Program Enrollment Status
Your Partner Program enrollment status will immediately become inactive if you leave the Partner Program. Your Partner Program enrollment status may be considered inactive if both of the following conditions occur for 30 consecutive days: your payout settings are incomplete and your Partner Program balance equals or is greater than $10 USD.
When inactive, your stories will no longer be eligible to earn and your stories will be removed from the paywall, making it available to everyone. Any balance you’ve accumulated may be at risk of being forfeited. Learn more about the Partner Program forfeiture policy here.
How do I receive my balance before the deadline?
You are only eligible to receive your balance if it meets the minimum threshold of $10 USD. If it does not yet meet the minimum threshold, you can re-enroll in the Partner Program and maintain an active status to accrue more earnings.
If your enrollment status is inactive, you will need to complete the following before your forfeiture deadline:
- Meet all eligibility requirements and re-enroll in the Partner Program
- Ensure your payout settings are complete
If your enrollment status is still active but at risk of becoming inactive due to incomplete payout settings, you will need to complete your payout settings by connecting a Stripe account to your Medium account and completing your taxpayer information before your listed deadline.
