The Medium Partner Program is designed to reward genuine engagement between writers and readers. Non-genuine engagement is a misuse of the program and will result in revocation of the Partner Program or account suspension, without notice or the option to appeal.
Prohibited behaviors
The following behaviors are not permitted under the Partner Program:
- Creating multiple accounts to engage with your own stories and generate earnings.
- Using replies to drive attention to your stories with the intent of generating reciprocal earnings.
- Clapping, following, highlighting, or writing replies solely to generate engagement points.
- Using exclusively AI-generated content to earn money through the Partner Program.
