As of May 2022, Medium no longer supports setting up a subdomain URL (yourname.medium.com) for your profile page.
Accounts that have already set up a subdomain URL will still have that URL. At this time, Medium does not support a way to revert back to the default profile page URL scheme (medium.com/@yourname).
